This 100 LPH Portable Dialysis RO basically designed for 3 Patients dialysis at a time with a dialysis bed distance 30 MTR long. This Portable Dialysis RO contain Pretreatment, RO membrane, disinfection system, Endo Toxin 0.2 micron filter & 100 LTR SS tank for storage permeate water.
250 LPH Portable Dialysis RO with 200 LTR SS Tank
250 LPH Portable Dialysis RO basically designed for 4 Patients dialysis at a time due it has 200 LTR SS tank capacity for permeate water. It contain three FRP vessels for Sand, Carbon & Softener as pre-treatment, RO membrane, disinfection UV system & Endo Toxin 0.2 micron filter. This Dialysis RO components like piping, filter housing specifically are made up with SS 304 material except three FRP vessels.
250 LPH Dialysis RO Plant
This 250 LPH Dialysis RO Plant is designed for 5 bed dialysis center with 1000 LTR SS Tank for storage permeate water. It contain three FRP Vessels for Sand, Carbon & Softener for Pre-treatment, RO membrane, Disinfection UV system, Endo Toxin 0.2 micron filter. This filter housing made from SS 304 materials.
500 LPH SS 304 Reverse Osmosis system
This image shows 500 LPH SS 304 Reverse Osmosis System. But we are manufacturing 750 / 1000 / 1500 / 2000 LPH RO system also & more than 2000 LPH RO system made as per your requirements. In the SS 304 RO plants all components like all filter housing , membrane housings, storage tanks & piping made in SS 394 materials.

I am Dilip Kesarkar, from Mumbai.
After passing Mechanical Engineering I Joined medium scale company. This company awarded me with GOLD coins & prizes. My mind became broad & thinking about a company.
After 22 years serivce, I resigned from my job. I joined “VJ Industries”, where I learned about the water treatment Plant & iReverse Osmosis system. Here, I thought that I should start my own business in this field & started my own business in 2015.
I started my business in the field of Reverse Osmosis. I had designed my own RO system for Dialysis. My first order for the dialysis RO system was from Radiant hospitals, Amravati.
My business turnover for the first year was 6 lakhs, in the second year I made turnover 10 Lakhs. In third year I made 12 Lakhs turnover. In the fourth year it was 8 lakhs.After that Covid19 pandemic was started. And my business has become stand still.
I closed my own company. After two years of bad patch, again I started business with Portable Dialysis RO. This Portable Dialysis RO became popular because of its compact design and attractive look. This performance is also good. Now I wanted to sell this Portable Dialysis RO in all over India & abroad. I was in search of a system which will spread my Portable Dialysis RO all over India & abroad. I started thinking about what could have happened.
My search has ended, when I saw Mr. Sandeep Bhansali Sir’s Digital Marketing webinar.
Immediately, I Joined Mr. Sandeep Sir, Digital Azadi School. I learned Digital Marketing to reach every customer all over India & abroad.

Dear Mr. Kesarkar,
I have been using your 70lph portable RO system to provide ultrapure water for hemodiafiltration with fresenius 5008 HD machine since 2019. The water produced meets chemical and bacteriological standards for ultrapure water laid down by the Indian Society of Nephrology and other international agencies. The machine also generates adequate flow and pressure for the 5008 HDF machine treatments and disinfection. We have only had 2 breakdowns in the last 5 years, and replaced the conductivity meter once.
If anything could be improved it is the SMPS for powering the membrane pumps. Otherwise the machine is excellent and satisfactory for all treatments and very much more economical than the imported ones
