1. Introduction:
I am Dilip Kesarkar, a mechanical engineer, residing in Mumbai. As I had started my job in 1984 in Mumbai. After doing a job for 23 years, I should do business now, but in which field. This type of thinking has started in my mind. Meanwhile, my existing company owner has sold his company to a German company. This new company plant is situated at Bawal in Haryana State. So the company had made the all Managerial staff transfer to Bawal. But I had not gone to Bawal, & decided to work in Mumbai in another company.
My new company was manufacturing a Water Treatment Plant. This company has manufactured various types of water treatment plants. One day, our owner had told me to go to a site, Panvel, for installation of RO Plant. We had manufactured this plant for Dialysis purposes. This plant is made for single dialysis. While installation of the plant all the components were spread & had taken the 100 sq ft space. After installation, when Owner of the hospital came & saw that the space occupied for the plant was much more than his expectation. He was very angry with me as I supervised the whole activity. The hospital location was prime & space we had occupied had a high rate. But this was not my fault because, plant was manufactured as per our owner’s instruction. This incident had an impact on me as an Engineer.
2. Design RO plant in minimum space.
Here, I started thinking, we can make such RO plants in minimum space. I designed such a compact Portable RO plant that would require minimum space & I showed this new design to my owner. But he had rejected my Idea, stating that this would not work. Again I got ignited. And I made a decision in my mind that I will make this Portable Dialysis RO plant successful for Dialysis purposes.
But again money problems occurred, at the same time our home was under redevelopment process & our builder had stopped our alternative arrangement. As a result of this I have to go to Bawal to retain my Job. But after 2 years working at Bawal I am getting bored, because of my family attachment. So I resigned from my job & started my first business for the RO plant.
3. Designed compact RO
My compact Portable Dialysis RO design was ready for that idea I brought into reality. I got my first order from Amravati for my business in the year 2015. After that I raised the business. In the first year I made T.O. of 5 lakhs. In2 nd year 12 lakhs, in 3rd year 14 lakhs, 4th year 16 lakhs, 5 th year 12 lakhs. After that pandemic started & my business became standstill. In the span of 5 years, I served for more than 45 Hospitals with my designed RO plants.
Meanwhile I improve my compact RO design required for single dialysis. Started serving hospitals with improved designed compact RO. But I am not able to approach needy clients as per my expectations. I am in search of a system which will spread my compact RO single dialysis unit everywhere.
4. Digital Journey
In the month of December 2023 I saw Mr. Sandeep Sir Free Webinar for Digital Marketing. In the Digital Marketing webinar I was completely convinced by Sandeep sir.
The Digital Ecosystem will definitely work. But again I have doubt that in such small amount whether he will delivered all the things. The next day I made my decision to let money go to waste but I must join Mr. Sandeep sir for the Digital Marketing course & made payment for Digital Marketing course. Today our portion of Digital marketing completed, and I realized that my money will not be wasted because I hold Sandeep sir hand & he has also promised us he will make us achieve our goals. Digital marketing system is designed by Sandeep Sir in such a way that if you go with it & follow instructions given during the course will make you successful. I have no doubt that Mr. Sandeep Sir’s Digital Marketing Ecosystem will definitely work for my business.
5. Portable Dialysis Online RO
In the Digital Marketing course, I selected Niche as “Portable Dialysis RO”. I wanted to reach every corner of our India. This serves patients who are having difficulty reaching the hospital.
The hospitals, Medical Institute, Clinics wanted to start Dialysis services will get benefited. The hospitals have a Dialysis Unit, but ICU patients shift from ICU may be risky.
